Every member verifies their CNIC before their first ride, and drivers add a valid driving licence on top. The name on the profile belongs to a real, checkable person.
Vehicle verification
Registration documents and photos are reviewed before a car can carry members. The vehicle that pulls up is the one on the profile — down to the number plate.
Live ride tracking
Every ride is tracked from pickup to drop-off along its planned route. Share the trip and your family watches the same live map you do.

Hold the SOS button and your live location reaches your trusted contacts and our response team at the same moment. No menus, no typing.

The standards every member agrees to
Karwano works because members hold each other to the same bar. Agreeing to these is not small print — it is part of joining.
Be who your profile says
One account, your own CNIC, your own photo. Never hand your account to someone else — borrowed accounts are removed permanently.
Show up, and on time
A booked seat is a commitment on both sides. Running late? Say so in chat. Cannot make it? Cancel as early as you can so the seat can be filled again.
Keep money in the wallet
Never ask for, or offer, cash outside the app. Escrow can only protect fares it can see — and a cash request is grounds for a report.
Honour the ride settings
Women-only means women only. Non-smoking means no smoking. Comfort flags are commitments the booking was made on, not suggestions.
Drive like you carry family
Speed limits, a working seatbelt for every seat, phone out of hand. A passenger can end any ride that feels unsafe — no justification needed.
Be courteous, full stop
No harassment, no discrimination, no unwanted contact after a ride ends. One report is enough for us to look into it.
Serious safety reports skip the queue — the account is suspended while we investigate.
