Bike
No traffic, lower prices
Karwano Go is on-demand ride-hailing inside the Karwano app. Pick a bike, a rickshaw or a car, offer your fare, and nearby verified drivers accept it or send their own price. No surge. No haggling at the kerb.
Go appears inside the Karwano app the day your city is switched on. Riders need no second download.
Most ride apps show you a fare and you take it or leave it. On Karwano Go you say what you want to pay, and drivers who are actually nearby decide whether it works for them.
It lives in the same Karwano app as carpooling, with the same account and the same wallet. Carpooling shares a journey that is happening anyway. Go brings a ride to you when you need one. Between them they cover the commute and everything else.
See how carpooling worksThe price is yours to offer. The answer is the driver’s to give.
Illustrative screens. Fares and ride types are set for each city.
Each type has its own fair-fare range, set for your city. The app shows the types that are actually available where you are.

You know the price before a driver is on the way, because you were part of setting it.
Worked out from the distance, the time and the ride type you chose, with a minimum fare for short hops.
Go lower or higher inside a fair range around the suggestion. The range is there so nobody is offered a fare that could not cover the trip.
A driver takes your price or sends a different one. Nobody answering? Raise your offer and the request goes out again.
No surge, no meter running in traffic. Karwano’s commission comes from the driver’s side, never on top of what you agreed.
The fare is held from the moment you request and released to the driver only when the trip completes.
Hand the agreed fare to the driver at the end. Nothing is held and no code is needed.
Nearby drivers appear on the map as bikes, rickshaws and cars while you plan, so you know a ride is close before you ask for one.
No takers yet? Raise the fare without starting again. Drivers are asked again.
Switch it on and the first driver who takes your price gets the trip.
The wallet you top up for carpool seats pays for Go rides too.
Go rides sit in your history beside carpool bookings, each with a receipt and a reference.
The same verified community as carpooling, on a ride that comes to you.
CNIC, driving licence, vehicle registration and a live selfie, reviewed by the Karwano team. Nobody goes online until they are approved.
Name, rating, vehicle and number plate are on your screen before the car arrives. Check the plate, then get in.
The driver coming along the road to you, then the route to your drop-off, with a live ETA the whole way.
The driver cannot start a wallet trip without the code on your screen, so your money moves only when you are in the car.
You rate the driver and the driver rates you. A rating stays hidden until the other side has rated too, so each one is honest.
Report a problem with a trip for up to 14 days afterwards. It reaches the same support team that looks after carpooling.
Drivers use Karwano Pilot, a separate app built for the road. Register your bike, rickshaw or car, get verified once, and take the trips you want.
Karwano Pilot is the driver app for Karwano Go. Available now on Google Play. Coming soon to the App Store.
Karwano Go is switched on one city at a time, and shows up inside the Karwano app the day yours goes live. Carpooling is already live across Pakistan.
