What you earn, and where it goes
You agree the fare before you move. Karwano takes a commission on each completed trip, shown in the app for every trip and printed on its invoice.
Wallet trips
The rider’s fare is held by Karwano from the moment they request. When you complete the trip, the agreed fare less Karwano’s commission is credited to your Pilot wallet.
Cash trips
You collect the fare from the rider. The commission for that trip is taken from your Pilot wallet, so keep a small balance in it to accept cash trips.
Withdrawals
Move your balance to a bank account or a mobile wallet from the Earnings tab. Each destination is saved once and reused.
The rest of what is in the app
The Jobs tab
Not only the requests that ring: every open request near you for your vehicle type, in one list you can bid on.
A pickup code on wallet trips
The rider reads you a code before you start. It proves the ride began, which protects your fare as much as theirs.
Chat with the rider
Message the rider inside the app to find each other at the pickup.
An invoice for every trip
The reference, the fare, the commission and any tax, ready for your records.
Ratings both ways
Riders rate you and you rate riders. A rating stays hidden until the other side has rated too.
English and Urdu
Switch the whole app between the two in settings.
Two wheels, three or four
Register the vehicle you have. The app lists the ride types open for registration in your city.

How Karwano Go worksKarwano Pilot is the driver app for Karwano Go, Karwano’s on-demand ride service. Drivers use it to register a vehicle, get verified, go online, receive ride requests, accept or counter-offer a fare, run the trip and manage their earnings.
Karwano Pilot is published on Google Play and the App Store as each listing is approved. This page always shows the current state: a download button for each store where the app is available, and Coming soon where it is not yet.
A phone number to sign in, a vehicle, and clear photos of five documents: the front and back of your CNIC, your driving licence, the vehicle registration, and a selfie taken in the app. Insurance is optional. The Karwano team reviews them and you are notified when you are approved.
Bikes, rickshaws, cars and larger family vehicles, according to the ride types open for registration in your city. You choose your vehicle type in the app and enter its make, model, colour and number plate.
On a wallet trip the agreed fare, less Karwano’s commission, is credited to your Karwano Pilot wallet when you complete the trip. On a cash trip you collect the fare from the rider and the commission is taken from your wallet. You can withdraw your balance to a bank account or a mobile wallet.
Karwano takes a commission on each completed trip. It is shown in the app for every trip and printed on the trip invoice, so you always see what you earned and what was deducted.
Yes. Every request shows how far the pickup is and how long the trip is before you decide. Accept it at the rider’s price, send your own price, or decline. When a rider has switched on auto-accept, the first driver to accept at their price gets the trip, so that request takes no counter-offer. The Jobs tab also lists open requests near you for your vehicle type.
For cash trips, yes: the commission on a cash trip is taken from your wallet, so you need a small balance to accept one. You can top up your wallet in the app.
No. The Karwano app is for riders and for carpooling. Karwano Pilot is a separate app for Karwano Go drivers, with its own verification. You sign in to Pilot with your phone number.
