Delete your Karwano account or data

The fastest way — in the app

Open Karwano → You tab → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and signed out on every device. From the same screen you can also use Download my data to get a copy of your data first.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, photo, saved places, emergency contacts, preferences)
• Verification documents (CNIC, licence images and selfies)
• Login sessions, trusted devices and notification tokens
• In-app messages associated with your account

Records of completed rides and payments are retained where financial and tax law requires, and are no longer linked to a usable account. Erasure completes within 30 days of a verified request.

No app? Request deletion here

You can also request deletion of your account, or of specific data only (without closing your account). We confirm every request on the registered phone number before erasing anything.
